Don't Replace It - Raise It! - Level It! - Fix It!

My husband and I had a company come out to repair a leak in our basement wall. We continued to have problems with the repair this company made, and they came back at least 5-6 times over the spam of 1 year, and still couldn’t resolve the problem. A friend gave us Suburban’s number and insisted we try them. To be honest we were apprehensive given the ordeal this other company put us through. Suburban came out and repaired the previous botched repair job at a considerably less cost. It’s been over a year and still no leaks. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a basement repair company.

We had a few companies come out and give us an estimate for our foundation repair. Suburban Basement had the most logical and cost effective solution.
One company insisted we install an interior drainage system that cost in excess of $15,000.00, another company insisted digging up the exterior of my foundation would solve the problem and at a cost of $7000.00, Suburban Basement did an epoxy injection to repair a crack in the foundation at a cost under $300.
It’s good to know there are still some honest contractors out there.

Had an excellent first time appointment with Suburban Basement Waterproofing today.
I had an issue on my basement wall & wasn't sure if it was a leak.
With new carpeting coming next week, I was worried about the entire situation.
They called me on Wednesday & were here today to check it.

I was experiencing a major water leak in my basement whenever there was any major rainfall.
After sending pictures of the area, Alex reached out via email and noted some recommended fixes.
He personally inspected the area soon after and noted that he was confident that my back door was the issue.
He suggested replacing the door and making sure that everything was properly caulked/sealed.
I was finally able to rip out the existing door last weekend and he was spot on with his assessment. I'm happy to report that the issue that's been plaguing me for 9 months has finally been resolved.

I had leaking rod holes.
I had around 40 that were an issue now but since this was the third time since 2010 that I had some rod holes break through, I wanted to have the whole basement completed.
There were 179 holes to finish minus the walls of the attached garage. The job was completed over two visits and was done with excellent quality and professionalism.
There is a lifetime guarantee which is transferable.
Rates are very reasonable.

Alex did a great job with the work, and was A+ with communication.
The township took a while to approve the permit, but throughout the process he communicated frequently and responded quickly with updates when we had questions.

The crew just finished up and I'm happy with the quality of the job and the materials they used.

Very easy company to work with.
They responded very quickly,
I was able to get an appointment within 2 days.
Q came out did the work, very respectful.
Tanya was great to work with, she handled everything for us.
They have a great system of emailing you with quotes.
The next day the owner came out, gave us few tips.
Hopefully we won't need to call them again...lol but if we do I would not hesitate to have them come back out.
