At Suburban Basement Waterproofing, we take your privacy seriously. We collect only the information necessary to provide estimates and services, such as your name, address, contact details, and potentially details related to the service performed.

 

We restrict the customer management software we use from using or sharing your data.  We keep your data on file (for faster return service) in our secure customer management software until you request termination of your customer profile.  We typically retain your data  until you request profile termination.

At Suburban Basement Waterproofing, we respect your privacy. We collect your contact information to communicate with you about your service requests, estimates, invoices, and other important service information. We will not sell or share your information without your consent.  We are not responsible for any charges that may be incurred through your phone, text, or email provider.

 

Our office hours are:

 

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • We recognize all major holidays.

If you contact us outside of office hours, we will reach out to you as soon as possible on the next business day.

 

Phone Calls:

 

  • We do not participate in telemarketing. You will only receive calls from us regarding your service requests.
 

Text Messages:

 

  • We will request your opt-in to receive text messages about your service requests.
  • We consider received text messages as permission to reply.
  • You can unsubscribe from text messages by replying “STOP.”
  • We do not participate in text message marketing.

Emails:

 

  • We may send email marketing materials at a rate of no more than 2 campaigns per month.
  • You can unsubscribe from our email marketing list at any time. However, you may still receive emails about estimates, invoices, or important service information even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.
