Sump Pump Installation and Replacement Terms
Suburban Basement installs and replaces sump pumps in accordance with industry standards.
Warranty and Service:
- Installed sump pumps are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Suburban Basement does not provide warranty service or repairs.
- A service fee may apply for diagnosing sump pump issues regardless of the manufacturer’s warranty status.
- If a sump pump is found to be defective by the manufacturer and a warrantied replacement is provided, installation fees will apply.
- Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal sump pump performance. Please refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
